Why we collect your data
Consent: We always ask for your consent to collect and process your data in order to provide our specialist occupational therapy services to you. We collect this information under article 6 of GDPR is because we have ‘legitimate interest’. We cannot adequately deliver our information or therapeutic coaching services to you without processing some of your information. Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you.
What data do we collect
- IP address (automatically collected)
- Web browser type and version (automatically collected)
- Operating system (automatically collected)
- A list of URLs starting with the referring site (automatically collected)
- Your activity on CO-COACH© website (length of time, number of pages visited (automatically collected)
- The site you exit to (automatically collected)
- You can control some of the data that is submitted automatically by changing the settings on your web browser.
If you sign up to register interest, we will also collect:
- Your Name
- Your email address
- Your consent and correspondence preference
- How you found us
This is information is collected and stored by Cliniko and may need you to agree to their privacy policy too to register interest
If you sign up for taster or coaching programmes we will also collect:
Your address
Payment details-billing address/card details
Information regarding your log in and attendance and completion of coaching programmes
This is information is collected and stored by Cliniko which is a cloud base practice management service and you may need you to agree to their privacy policy too to log in for coaching programmes
If you email us we will collect your name and email address
If you phone us we will collect your name, telephone number and email address
If you complete a feedback form as part of the coaching programmes we will collect your opinions these will be optional and anonymised. There may be an option to put a testimonial in feedback forms for publication this is optional and if you consent there will be an option to have this anonymous or to have your name added.
If you attend coaching programmes we will collect you telephone number as part of the coaching Whats App communication this protected by Whatsapp privacy policy and you will need to consent to their privacy policy and download this app to access this part of the coaching provision.

How we store your data:
Your information is stored in cloud based practice management software Cliniko’s CAIQ-Lite is available to view and download from their website
Sharing of personal data
We will not distribute, sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.
How long we keep your data:
For adults attending coaching programmes we will keep your data for 7 years from final contact.
Your right to withdraw/complain
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, or unsubscribe to mailing list at any time. Be aware there may be financial implications to withdrawing before end of the contract you will find information on this in terms and conditions policy. If you wish to withdraw from any marketing information as part of signing up for more information you need to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email with the unsubscribe button.If you have a concern about our information practices, you have the right to complain. Changes to our Data management Policy
We will review and update our policy regularly in keeping with changes to legislation and recommendations. Once you have given permission it will be your responsibility to check the policies to check if changes have been made during your time with CO-COACH©. We assume your continued use of CO-COACH© programmes is your continued consent.
